Our 3 Luxury self catering cottages are set under the picturesque Malvern Hills and have amazing views, there are no close neighbours making them totally private and peaceful. All have their own hot tubs and have immaculately kept formal gardens.

Lovers Cottage 5 star luxury self catering is located at Oldcastle Farm in the village of Colwall, near Malvern (2miles) which nestles on the foothills of the British Camp, the southern peak forming part of the beautiful Malvern Hills.
This Cottage oozes character and charm, it overlooks the Malverns to the south and is near to the lake and rose walk. With its own private garden, hot tub and bbq.
Lovers Cottage was totally refurbished this year, finished to a very high standard. The stone cottage has an oak frame roof, the feel of a pretty Hansel & Gretel cottage. Lovers cottage blends good quality to character and charm, with a roomy bedroom suite complete with sat tv and en-suite bathroom, shower over the bath providing a very relaxing atmosphere.
The rooms are finished to the highest standards, with super king size bed and antique furniture. There is modern spotlighting to add to the atmosphere and charm.
The hot tub is awaiting you on arrival, the private garden is complete with bbq and garden table and chairs for the true “outside living” experience.
Oldcastle Farm is very private, located on a 60acre small farm estate, accessed by a private drive, but only minutes away from all the amenities.
The farmhouse dates 1100’s, the cottages are all character stone and oak, fully rebuilt or refurbished to the highest standards, a perfect blend of old and new.
Colwall has a main line station, and London is only 2.5 hours away. We are located in the heart of England a great central meeting point
Whether it’s a romantic weekend, a walking or cycling break, or just a relaxing holiday, Oldcastle is a beautiful peaceful place to enjoy. The formal gardens extend to 10 acres, with a small lake, and several smaller ponds plus a newly planted rose walk and rose garden.
You can start a walk through the farms fields, in 20 minutes to the top of British Camp (1390ft) or a 10-minute walk through the woods to the nearest restaurant/pub, the Malvern Hills Hotel, or the local pub is only10mins walk to Colwall Green.

There are some Good restaurants in the nearby village or Malvern, pretty Ledbury and Cheltenham, the Cotswolds are not far away to the east or the Black mountains to the west, the Forest of Dean to the south.

There’s much more to this county than sauce and apples as you’ll find out when you stay in one of our holiday lets or cottages in Worcestershire. There’s one of the finest views in England for a start, along the nine miles ridge of the Malvern Hills. Elgar composed many of his greatest works in Malvern and the wide vista must have been a source of inspiration for him. The nineteenth century spa town of Great Malvern is the home both of Malvern Water and Morgan cars, and boasts an impressive priory with some fine stained glass windows.
Other places of interest to enjoy on one of our Worcestershire cottage holidays include the pretty town of Evesham, set on the River Avon, and the nearby Blossom Trail, a joy to behold when the orchards are in bloom. The county town of Worcester has some interesting old timber buildings and a fine cathedral. Witley Court was once a great house but is now a spectacular ruin. The magnificent fountains here have been restored to full working order. Also well worth seeing are the unique pump rooms at Tenbury Wells, another of the spa towns that grew up on the excellent quality of Worcestershire’s spring water.
